Group Discounts
For every 5 students from
your school who register for the conference, the 6th person is free. To be eligible
for this discount, there must be one payment made for all the school's attendees
either by check or online credit card payment.
Payment, Refunds, and
Cancellation Policy
- Conference attendees
do not need to submit payment when completing the online registration form.
However, we do request payment before the Conference begins. If your school
is processing your registration payment and you will not be able to pay upon
arrival, you must contact Natalie Holtzinger to explain the specifics.
- All participants can
make a payment on our secure online system with a major credit card. If your
total registration fee is not a recommended option, please click on the "Other"
option and type in your payment amount.
- If you are paying for multiple individuals' registrations with the same credit card, only enter the information once and make the amount the total cost of the registrations. In the note section, enter the names of the people whose registrations for which you're paying.
- Individuals can also
pay their registration fee by sending a check made out to "NSCAHH" to: NSCAHH,
407 S Dearborn, Suite 701, Chicago, IL 60605.
- Refunds will be available
until October 20th. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to
Natalie Holtzinger.
- No registration refunds
will be made after October 20th. This means that any registered group or individual
is fully responsible for the registration fees, even if one or more people
do not attend.
